Fern Cottage, is one of two semi detached cottages (awarded a Four Star Grading by Tourism Ireland). It is a two storey cottage and can sleep up to six people; There is a patio area, enclosed garden and childrens' play area which is adjacent to the paddocks where the animals graze.
The ground floor has open plan kitchen and living area. There are three bedrooms; Downstairs bedroom is a single room with ensuite/washroom/toilet. Upstairs has two bedrooms: Bedroom one has a double bed; Bedroom two has a double and a single bed. Cot/highchair available on request. There is a family bathroom with power shower over the bath; Stair gates are available at top and bottom of stairs. Electric usage is an additional charge and payable at end of holiday on or prior to departure day.
Outside: guests enjoy a spacious enclosed garden with lots of outdoor seating and barbeque. There is a play area/fun house and an enclosed garden. Table tennis, football and basketball players are catered for whilst the smaller children enjoy the ride on tractors, sand pit, buckets and spades - although it is the 'gravel' they seem to love best! Our adult guests enjoy taking a walk over the quiet country lane adjoining the properties after a busy day out touring/shopping in some of the excellent stores in nearby Wexford Town.
