ROSE COTTAGE
Rose Cottage, awarded a 4 Star Grading by Tourism Ireland: is one of the three cottages located at Mill Farm Cottages and sleeps up to six guests maximum. Rose Cottage is a cosy cottage and is perfect for a quiet getaway or the more adventurous. FREE WIFI available to guests. Within a short drive from the many activities and wonderful sites/tourist attractions County Wexford has to offer.
'Rose' is a two storey cottage; The ground floor consists of entrance hallway, open plan kitchen & living room and single bedroom with ensuite. Upstairs has two bedrooms, the master room has king size bed and adjacent to the bathroom (power shower over bath). The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and an additional single bed. For young families stair gates are provided both at top and bottom of stairs (please let us know in advance if gates needed).
A cot and highchair are both available by request (no additional charge); Bed linen and towels are included in rental charges and there is an outside clothes line provided. Electricity is an extra charge and based on guests usage during their stay at the cottages. FERN COTTAGE

Fern Cottage, is one of two semi detached cottages (awarded a Four Star Grading by Tourism Ireland). It is a two storey cottage and can sleep up to six people; There is a patio area, enclosed garden and childrens' play area which is adjacent to the paddocks where the animals graze.
The ground floor has open plan kitchen and living area. There are three bedrooms; Downstairs bedroom is a single room with ensuite/washroom/toilet. Upstairs has two bedrooms: Bedroom one has a double bed; Bedroom two has a double and a single bed. Cot/highchair available on request. There is a family bathroom with power shower over the bath; Stair gates are available at top and bottom of stairs. Electric usage is an additional charge and payable at end of holiday on or prior to departure day.
Outside: guests enjoy a spacious enclosed garden with lots of outdoor seating and barbeque. There is a play area/fun house and an enclosed garden. Table tennis, football and basketball players are catered for whilst the smaller children enjoy the ride on tractors, sand pit, buckets and spades - although it is the 'gravel' they seem to love best! Our adult guests enjoy taking a walk over the quiet country lane adjoining the properties after a busy day out touring/shopping in some of the excellent stores in nearby Wexford Town.

BROOK COTTAGE
Brook Cottage, is a lovely bungalow style cottage. It is a homely and comfortable cottage, sleeping up to six guests + a cot (if required); There are three bedrooms, 2 x Bedrooms with king size bed in each and the 3rd bedroom, a smaller room has two single beds, a wet room with electric shower and separate cloakroom.
The kitchen & living room are open plan and have the addition of a balcony which overlooks the mill race, the village park and of course the animals in the paddocks opposite.
Brook Cottage has the added advantage of a ramp access, if steps (two) are not convenient. The light switches and sockets are located at waist level. Shorter stays are available - however during July and August reservations are from Saturday to Saturday - longer stays are welcome.
